These resources are for [Adult Children of Alcoholics® / Dysfunctional Families][https://adultchildren.org/]. These resources are just quick references for area groups–a written handbook of how we do things. They are not meant to be a replacement for official ACA publications. The [Big Red Book](), in particular, offers complete guidelines for those wishing to start or nourish an ACA group. The ACA site has resources to find a meeting.
ACA (ACoA) is, “a recovery program for adults whose lives were affected as a result of being raised in an alcoholic or other dysfunctional family. It is based on the success of Alcoholics Anonymous and employs its version of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions” (from ACA’s FAQ).
Much of this literature is available online at the Official ACA Site, and in The BRB(Big Red Book).
